It has been revealed today via a trading statement that the Stewart Milne Group has seen its operating profit rise 21% to £19 million and its unit numbers climb 26% to 684.
From January-June 2012, the company’s core business achieved a net profit of £7.4 million. Group turnover increased to £268.1 million, from the £229.1 million profit raised during the same period last year.
The Stewart Mile Group also announced today they have sold out on nine sites, and that their collection of one and two bedroom mews homes, which were released to the Aberdeen market in late 2011- are now available in an additional five locations.
