planning office, then the sketch proposal is your starting point.

After you approve or give us this sketch, then the planning submission drawings and documents are prepared.

Building Regulation drawings are generally not prepared until after planning permission has been obtained.

If you have planning permission, but not Building Regulation approval, then we can prepare this for you.
